Donna is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience working in a variety of settings from non-profit organizations to private insurance facilities. Donna has held positions ranging from Clinician, Program Development and Training, Administration as well as Clinical Supervisor. She specializes in the treatment of complexed trauma and is a graduate of California State University, Dominguez Hills with a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

As an Executive Clinical Partner of Compass Therapeutic Alliance, Donna provides oversight and guidance of clinical care throughout the corporation. Donna believes strongly in matching the appropriate clinician to the correct client in efforts of building a strong therapeutic alliance. She also assists in the development and training of the of all Clinical Partners. Alongside other members of the Executive Team, Donna assists in the ongoing development of the corporation, strategic planning, establishing new revenue streams, and ongoing expansion of Compass Therapeutic Alliance.
