Gavin has spent the last 20 years in the field of education, holding an Administrative Services Credential, Master’s in Education from Pepperdine University, multiple subject teaching credential, and a bachelor’s degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis. In his years of experience, he has gained extensive knowledge in education budgets, Cognitive Coaching and Adaptive Schools training, curriculum development, and technology.

As the Director of Finance, Gavin is responsible for the ongoing financial management, training, and strategic planning of Compass Therapeutic Alliance.
