Todd is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has been in the field of social work for 15 years. Spending the bulk of his career in non-profit management working in Los Angeles and Ventura County, Todd developed a passion for removing barriers for access to care while ensuring that every client has access to, and deserves, excellent mental health services. Throughout his career in social services, he gained experience in all levels of care including residential treatment, transitional housing, and outpatient services within the social service system. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California’s Master’s in Social Work Program, where he completed a concentration in children and families as well as a sub-concentration in public child welfare. He received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge.

As the Founder of Compass Therapeutic Alliance, Todd is responsible for the fiscal management of the corporation while assisting his team in strategic planning, establishing private and public revenue streams, and ongoing expansion of CTA services into communities of need within California and beyond!
